We are a young married, professional couple and bought this large, 5 bedroom house in September 2011. We have a beautiful double which come furnished or unfurnished and has been recently re-decorated with original wooden flooring. We are in easy distance to Ipswich, Colchester and Manningtree and the A12. There are 3 pubs, a post office/village shop, vets and a garage. Dedham village, 1 mile away, has a co-op, pubs/restaurants, tearooms and other shops. We have 3 young gorgeous Labrador girls who are all extremely well trained, quiet and the friendliest things you have ever met! We are expecting our first baby in December which we are extremely excited about! We are keen to continue to rent our rooms so hopefully this will not put any of you off. The baby will be in our room for the first 6 months so there will be little or no noise to speak of to disturb you.
