Overview

I've got a double bedroom available in a six-bedroom house in Winton, Bournemouth from February 2012. It's the largest bedroom in the house, on the ground floor with large bay windows. Furniture included: double bed with mattress, desk, bedside table and wardrobe. The house is lovely - we had a new extension built last year so we have a new kitchen and living room. We also have a bathroom, downstairs toilet, garden, two sheds, driveway and a porch. You will be living with all AUCB students, from various courses - three female, two male. The rent is £330 a month, without bills but the TV licence is already paid for. There is also a deposit of £350 to pay to the landlord and an admin fee. The location is great, literally a few min from Winton high street, it's about 15 min walk to uni and close to bus stops.
