I have to rent a very large double room, which was recently re-decorated to very high standards, with new wooden flooring, new double bed a very large wardrobe & double set of drawers, there is also a TV & didgy box in the room. Its very light and airey, a fantastic size. The house is decorated to a very high standard throughout. Having a decent size front garden which hosts a barbie & fire pit great for summer months. There is off road parking to the front of the house. Being two mins walk to the main bus station, 5 mins walk to the train station, 5 mins walk to all amenities banks/supermarket. I am looking for either a male or female professional person who is clean and tidy and has a good sense of humour! I do have a dog, who is deaf but understands sign language he's not a numptie, he's very loving and soft as a brush. You must be a dog lover! As he will welcome you!
