I am a doctor and my partner is an accountant We would preferably like to rent the rooms to professionals working in Leeds looking for somewhere to stay for a short period FROM 1 WEEK TO 3 MONTHS, who are relaxed, considerate and friendly Our house is a 15 min walk down the side of the River Aire to Clarence Dock Both rooms have a bed, drawers and wardrobe, brand new carpets & blinds and are next to a bathroom exclusively for the two rooms with toilet, shower and bath. Modern kitchen/dining room fully fitted and large lounge with a 42" flatscreen TV with full Sky World Package. Down another level is a washroom with washing machine and garden with patio, chairs and table. We live on the top floor and have en suite bathroom for ourselves. Office also available. We include all bills with the rent inc broadband. Smoking in the house and pets not allowed. Parking available
