I have two double bedrooms available for rent, with a shared (private available / negotiable) bathroom, on the top floor of a new 5-bed, semi-detached, three storey house in the new Bellway Homes development (Phoenix Park) in Letchworth. Each room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and has neutral décor. The house is peaceful and has a homely feel. I'm looking for housemates who are tidy and considerate. The house is about a 15min walk from the railway station with links into Kings Cross 30mins, Hitchin 2mins, and, Cambridge 30mins. There are also regular buses into Hitchin. The room is available from 28th July 2012. Cost of all bills are included in the rental charge. I will also consider renting all of the top floor (currently two double bedrooms and a bathroom).
