Do I have to pay to use the site?

To add, view and search is free. To see the contact details of ads before 7 days you will need to upgrade, after 7 days it’s free to contact all ads. There is also the opportunity for landlords to upgrade properties by making listings bold or featured in our search results.

I found a problem with the site, should I let you know?

What about "cookies"?

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information.

Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. Even without a cookie, you can still use most of the features in our site.

How do I log in and out?

Click on the login icon the top right-hand corner of the page and enter your email address and password that was sent to you by email when you placed your ad.

If you forgot or lost your password, click login go to forgot password and it will be emailed to you.

How do I stop getting email alerts?

To be removed from this service, simply log in, select 'My profile' go to 'Edit profile' and deselect the email alerts checkbox.

What are email alerts?

If you subscribe to our email alert service we will let you know as soon as a new property or housepal is added to our database. This is a FREE service to help you see the latest ads.

How long is my advert listing active?

Your listing will remain active for eight weeks. Once you have a tenant/ flat mate/ property, please remove your listing from public viewing.

Is my payment secure?

Of course, we use PayPal to process all payments. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input. Furthermore, credit card information is not stored on our servers... in fact, we never even see it!

How can I pay?

We use PayPal, one of the most trusted payment systems available.
